5e Conditions & Effects Status Marker Pack

A complete set of 5e condition icons plus common spell & combat effect markers, for 5e and 5e 2024!

Track every combat detail with clarity. This comprehensive token marker pack gives you every official 5e/2024 condition, plus the most commonly used spell effects, buffs, debuffs, and targeting indicators. Clean, readable, and highly visible at tabletop scale, these markers make it easy for players and GMs to stay on top of the action.

😱😍 Conditions: Includes markers for all official 5e/2024 Conditions: Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Exhaustion (Levels 1-6), Frightened, Grappled, Incapacitated, Invisible, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned, Prone, Restrained, Stunned, and Unconscious.

✨⚔️ Spell/Combat Effects: Includes markers for common 5e/2024 spell/combat effects: Advantage/Disadvantage to Hit, Bane, Bless, Booming, Concentration, Cover (Full), Cover (3/4), Cover (1/2), Emboldening, Haste, Hex (Green), Hex (Purple), Hex (Red), Hunter’s Mark, Inspiration (Bardic), Inspiration (Heroic), Minus 1d4, Minus 1d6, Slow, Speed=0, Target (Cyan), Target (Green), Target (Purple), and Target (Yellow).

👀🔭 Designed for Visibility: Bold outlines and high-contrast colors make each icon readable even at small token sizes.

5️⃣🐉 System-Focused for 5e/2024: Made specifically for the terms, spell effects, and condition names in 5e/2024—no extraneous status markers for conditions/effects not present in 5e/2024.

🛩️🚁 Flight Markers: Markers for keeping track of the height of flying creatures. 5-100 are included in 5-foot increments, then 200-900 in 100-foot increments. If you need a height above 100, you can just add two markers!

🎲🎲 Dice So Nice! Also included are 3D depictions of the standard dice set—d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, and d20—in red, blue, green, and orange. Party can’t remember how large the die of your 12th level bard’s bardic inspiration is? Put a d10 on there!

🔄️✅ Condition Sync Compatible: Condition markers are all named the same as their condition. Additionally, to make them compatible with Condition Sync, duplicates of the official conditions have been added with “sheet-” added to the front of the marker name (i.e., “sheet-blinded”). Note: Condition Sync only works with 5e 2024 character sheets.

🔠🗓️ Convenient Organization: The 15 official 5e Conditions are listed first, in alphabetical order. Next, all of the Effects included (i.e., Bless, Bloodied, Concentration, etc.) are all presented in alphabetical order. After that comes all of the Flying numbered markers, and then the red, blue, orange, and green dice sets. At the very end are the Condition Sync versions of the 15 official Conditions.

⚙️🛠️Use with APIs: To use these markers with API scripts such as Concentration or DeathTracker, follow the instructions in the following Google Doc: https://bit.ly/5eConditionsStatusEffects.
